- Auto Owner: Refers to individuals or businesses who provide their vehicles for displaying advertisements.
- Platform: Refers to the Ads Van website and associated services.
2. Responsibilities of Advertisers
- 2.1 Advertisers must provide accurate and lawful content for advertisements.
- 2.2 Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring their advertisements comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- 2.3 Advertisers must pay for services as per the agreed terms and pricing.
- 2.4 Ads Van reserves the right to reject or remove advertisements that violate our guidelines.
3. Responsibilities of Auto Owners
- 3.1 Auto Owners must ensure their vehicles meet the criteria set by Ads Van.
- 3.2 Auto Owners are responsible for maintaining their vehicles in good condition while displaying advertisements.
- 3.3 Auto Owners agree to display the advertisements as per the agreed contract and schedule.
- 3.4 Auto Owners must not remove or damage advertisements during the agreed contract period.
4. Payment Terms
- 4.1 Advertisers must pay all charges for advertising services upfront unless otherwise agreed.
- 4.2 Auto Owners will be compensated based on the agreed terms and timelines.
- 4.3 Payments will be processed securely through our platform or approved methods.
- 4.4 All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Termination and Suspension
- 5.1 Ads Van reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account violating these terms.
- 5.2 Advertisers or Auto Owners may terminate their contracts by providing written notice as per the agreed terms.
- 5.3 Upon termination, any pending payments or dues must be settled promptly.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ads Van is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Ads Van platform are the intellectual property of Ads Van. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without prior written consent.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated on our platform, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
